How to claim failed transaction.

If you were unable to claim the transaction after making payment through Metamask. Kindly follow the below steps. 

1) Open your Metamask app and click on buy.

2) Select 1st option which is UPI since you have made a UPI payment and click on continue to amount. 

3) Enter the exact amount for which the previous purchase was failed. If you have paid 100 Rs you have to make a purchase of 100 Rs only. 

4) You will get a preview of your buy order with quantity, fee, amount, and price, and then click on buy with Onramp. money which will take you to the next page.

5) You will get a final preview of the purchase before proceeding with your order. Once you check all your details then click on proceed.

6) Since we are trying to reinitiate the old transaction you can ignore the 4-digit note shown on the screen and the below image and can checkmark the box and click on " I have paid"

7) After you click on  "I have paid" a screen will appear showing "Looking for your deposit" Let it find. 

8) After a minute you will get a prompt stating we are not able to detect your transaction. requesting to claim payment manually. 

9) After clicking on claim payment and a screen will appear with two sections UPI and IMPS. You have to select UPI and enter the reference number. 

10) Once you put your reference number click on the claim and wait until the screen goes from finding payment to making your purchase. 

After the successful purchase onramp will close automatically and metamask will open and the status will pop up saying transaction completed.

You can check the transaction history under the activity section which is in Metamask. 

Follow the above steps and your transaction will be successful.
